“Zoom in and Enhance!” the all too common request from our favorite actors on any number of investigative tv shows (CSI, etc, etc) could now be a reality with light field cameras. Lytro is leading the way, but think about this technology once it becomes the widespread and improved. You could actually “zoom in and enhance” with the refocusing abilities provided by the light field cameras.
